Mr. Bob Cratchit's Merry Christmas Carol Sing-along & Variety Show!
Book & Lyrics: Deanna Sparrow
Music & Lyrics: Ken Smith
Length/genre: One act (60 min.); musical theatre; farce
Cast: 2M/1W
Synopsis: Bob & Emily are still a gift and a gander shy of a proper Christmas for the Cratchit clan. So, with the help of aspiring actor and actual barman, Ralph – and his keys to the Nimble Goose pub – they’re throwing together a Christmas Eve show to try and raise a pence or two!
Production status: hobnob theatre co., Dec. 2023
Review: "Plot points are solid, dialogue is hilarious, familiar faces are further fleshed out, and lyrics are equally silly and ingenious. Clocking in at around an hour, this show breezes by and leaves audiences wanting to see it again. It could easily continue to be staged every year after this until it becomes a tradition in its own right." - 'Burgh Vivant
